1. Data we process

We distinguish two categories of data:

• Account and site data — names, work emails, company names and messages submitted through website forms, and usage analytics for syla.one.
• Workflow data — the business content your organization routes through agents built on Syla Flow. This never reaches Syla systems in on-premises or private-cloud deployment; it stays inside your environment.

2. On-premises and private cloud deployments

Syla Flow is designed to run inside your own network or private cloud account. Workflow data, model prompts and outputs processed by your agents are not transmitted to SYLA infrastructure, and we have no standing access to it. Deployment telemetry may be shared with us to provide support, at a level your admins configure.

3. How we use account and site data

We use it to respond to enquiries, schedule calls, provide support, secure our systems, and understand how our website is used. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to train third-party models.

4. Retention

Account and site data is kept for as long as needed to serve you or as required by law, then deleted or anonymized. Workflow data retention is set by your organization configuration, since it stays inside your deployment.

5. Subprocessors

We use a small number of vetted vendors for scheduling, email and analytics on our public website. A current list is available on request. None of these vendors receive workflow data from your deployment.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes and, for material changes, notify account admins by email.
